So I came into work this morning and there is a very large (about 3 feet long and 2 feet wide) pair of gold, "decorative" (?) scissors hanging on the wall in the hallway outside of my office. There is no other artwork up around the office at all, outside of a few promotional posters about our agency. Scissors. Gold scissors....this means something....but what?
