I've been interviewing summer volunteers, interns, etc. Today, a young guy I have only had email contact with walked in for a meeting. I almost laughed out loud because he looked ridiculously like Jared Leto aka Jordan Catalano. His striped sweater was like hilarious. He was awkward and skinny and floppy haired and overly eybrowed and sooooo young - only 18 or so. I was trying so hard to be serious but I just wanted to go "It's ok that you can't read." (My So-Called Life reference.)
