little mix up
So, the last couple of days I was thinking about how much I enjoyed Shel Silverstein's books as a child...A Light in the Attic...Where the Sidewalk Ends...The Giving Tree...I thought about how nice it was when my mom and i would read some poems before bed. My friend Natalee really liked these poems and had half of them memorized. I was thinking about this because I read about how he died this week...in a fleeting glance of the cnn.com headlines.
Turns out, I was mourning the death of Shel Silverstein when it was actually Sidney Sheldon who passed away this week.
Shel Silverstein has been dead for 8 years. Oops.
